The Social Science club of SSVM has been played a dominant role in bringing about human equality and happiness to all.
THE GREEN CRUSADE
More than 200 hundred saplings have planted throughout the school and a memorandum containing like pledge taken by all the members to work towards the prevention of destruction of plants.
LEGAL AWARENESS AND VIGILANCE
Each one is required to start life, with a stock of knowledge. Thus our Vidhyans are motivated to be alert and vigilant in their day to day life.
CLEANING THE ATTIC
We do cleaning the attic programme. Unused clothes and stationery items are collected by the students and distributed to ?Neyam?
HEALTH PROGRAMME
The club has supported the ?Eye Camp conducted by The Eye Foundation, coimbatore on 1st 2nd July 2008 &?Dental Camp conducted by?Ramakrishna Dental Hospital, Coimbatore on 27th to 29th of July 2008 for our school children.
SAFE
The students of this club are given the opportunity to the fire fighting squad in action .There are theory classes during this visit. Thanks to the Tamil Nadu Government Fire Service for their active participation.
ROAD SAFETY
Our enthusiastic members show keen interest in regulating the traffic and executed their duties credibly all most all school function.
FIELD TRIP
To protect our ?National Heritage?, we pay visit to places like Forest College and agricultural colleges.

Our club celebrates World peace day, International women?s day, World Consumers Right day, World Health day, Anti-Terrorism day, U.N.O day and Tolerance day. We are proving in all these fields.
