The 16th Annual Day was celebrated on 6 February, 2016 with considerable enthusiasm. Dr. V. K. Subburaj, I.A.S. The Secretary, the Department of Pharmaceutical, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India was the Chief Guest. Mrs. A. Suguna Devi, the Senior Principal welcomed the gathering. Mr. S. Mohan Doss, the Trustee and Secretary felicitated the Chief Guest. Annual Report for the year 2015-2016 was presented. The Chief Guest conferred Graduation on 49 UKG children and gave away proficiency certificates and prizes to the winners. Teachers were also awarded in different categories.
The Chief Guest in his speech said that children should develop their human resources with discipline and dedication to become a good human being and knowledge with capability would make a person dignified and noble.
There was a cultural show and it proved quite entertaining. There was a dance drama show JAYA He…. presented by 710 students depicting various heroic and cultural events of our country. Mrs.I. Shantha Kumari, Senior Secondary Principal proposed a vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.
