SSVM Students Participate in CCMC’s Palm Seed Plantation Drive Along the Noyyal River

On 24th December 2024, the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) organized a palm seed plantation drive along the bunds of the iconic Noyyal River—the initiative aimed to enhance the green cover and promote ecological sustainability in Coimbatore.

Our SSVM students actively participated in this noble endeavor, demonstrating their commitment to environmental conservation. Guided by CCMC officials, the students planted palm seeds that are crucial in preventing soil erosion and maintaining the ecological balance of riverbanks.
