A three-week Leadership and Public Presentation course for Grade IX students. Top School in Coimbatore SSVM™, Mettupalayam led by Mr. Jacob Keeley commenced on 9 July 2024, in collaboration with Access USA. The sessions on alternate days focused on self-discovery, urging students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots, and to understand their preferred leadership experiences. Strategies for leadership development included bolstering strengths, mitigating weaknesses, setting boundaries, choosing confidants, and practicing leadership skills. The sessions empowered students with introspection and practical strategies, inculcating confidence and self-awareness in their leadership journeys. And this is just the beginning!
